Data centres quickly emerged as a key focus, requiring highly specialised land expertise aligned to power and grid realities.

 

Through a direct collaboration with Eskom, we identified and assessed strategically located sites suitable for data centre development, working alongside leading global data centre operators evaluating entry into the South African market. This exposure provided us with a clear understanding of the locational, power, and scalability requirements demanded by hyperscale and enterprise data centres.

 

Today, we advise investors, developers, and operators on the identification and assembly of data centre-ready land, helping reduce early-stage risk by aligning land strategy with infrastructure availability, planning frameworks, and long-term expansion potential.
