Renewable Energy Land Advisory
for Utility-Scale Projects

We provide specialist land advisory services to investors, Independent Power Producers (IPPs), and EPC contractors involved in utility-scale renewable energy developments.
Since 2022, we have been engaged at development level on a 700 MW solar photovoltaic project in Ekurhuleni, giving us direct exposure to the land, permitting, and technical requirements associated with large-scale project delivery.
Our role includes the identification, evaluation, and securing of vacant land that meets both technical and commercial viability criteria. This encompasses land-use rights and zoning compliance, title and servitude assessments, environmental and planning constraints, access and logistics considerations, as well as proximity to suitable grid infrastructure and substations.
We currently maintain a portfolio of vetted vacant land options within Ekurhuleni that are suitable for utility-scale solar development. In addition, we support greenfield site identification and early-stage land due diligence in other regions, assisting project stakeholders in reducing development risk and accelerating project timelines.
